The spray release agent is a silicone release agent for industrial use. So it is applicable to the entire sector of candle making, mold making, production of figures of different materials, and even for cleaning the work material (for example the tile and the metal molds in which the candles are manufactured).

With the Mirsil silicone spray release agent, you will be able to easily unmold all your products. It creates a non-stick layer thanks to which unmolding is much easier. It is also often used as a surface polish due to its thin film.

Being a silicone in the form of an aerosol, the spray of the product is uniform getting to all corners.

With a single application it is enough to achieve the desired results. Keep the molds clean making the wear of the same is minimal.

It is ideal for use in plastic, metal or PVC molds. Silicone molds do not need a release agent because the silicone itself helps soap, candle or any other manulity to unmold without problems.

Release agent spray for candles

• - The application of MIRSIL aerosol must be done on perfectly clean and degreased surfaces, in order to ensure uniform and regular deposition on the surface to be treated.
• - To obtain a very fine spray, project at a distance of 40-50 cm on the surface of the mold.
• - Avoid an excess of product that could damage or modify the desired effect.
• - It can be used indistinctly on cold or hot surfaces.
• - The frequency of sprays will depend on the condition of the support, the complexity of the molds and the nature of the products.
