Neon yellow pigment (Resin Polyester 3; CI 19140) with high pigmentation power (≈95%) suitable for soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and candles. Not suitable for products that remain on the skin; its use is recommended only in rinse-off formulations. The pigment disperses well in oil or glycerin; prepare a fluid paste and add it gradually to the batch.
